Licensing System Changes and Anticipated Downtime

ECPTOTE is in the process of transitioning its current licensing system to a new, enhanced platform.

During the transition, several online functions will experience a downtime during which they will not be available. The online initial licensure applications and online renewal applications for PT/PTA and OT/OTA will not be available from March 7, 2025, through March 17, 2025.

During the downtime, staff will be unable to process applications, payments, or other functions (online or by mail), including for initial licensure or renewals, license verifications, etc. if they require access to the licensing system.

Licensees whose license expiration date is March 31, 2025, are encouraged to renew online early to avoid processing delays.

Further information about the new licensing system will be posted closer to the anticipated Go Live date of March 17, 2025.
