The agency’s building move begins today. Due to the temporary shutdown of the agency’s servers, the agency’s phone line will be unavailable starting around 5 PM today and continuing through tomorrow morning or longer, TBD. After the phone line has been re-established and until the move is complete, access to agency staff will also be limited and an operator may not be available. Individuals should anticipate delays in any return correspondence or communication. During the move, contact via email is preferred over phone calls; use the Contact Us link from the Looking for? menu on this page. Please note that many frequently asked questions may be addressed on the Boards’ web pages. See the related move announcement, accessible from the link above, for further information regarding the move and anticipated downtime/delays.
