Also note that you will not be able to sign into our website’s online renewal portal if:
– you are trying to renew more than 3 months before the license expires. Today’s month and the next two months are all that are in the renewal window.
– you did not enter your name in only lower-case letters or you did not enter your name as it is in our system.
