13. What do I need to have for an audit?
For the audit, you will need to submit the required CE documentation. Refer to Chapter 367 of the OT Rules for the documentation requirements for CE categories, such as fieldwork supervision, in-service educational programs, Internet-based courses, etc. In addition, supporting documentation may include course descriptions, brochures, outlines, syllabi, and other course materials.
12. Can I sign the renewal form affidavit before I finish the 24 hours?

8. Does a licensee with an inactive status have to do continuing education?
Yes. The Board wants the inactive licensee ready to come back to work at any time. The CE keeps the licensee on-track with the profession. The inactive licensee is also part of the continuing education audit.
7. I have a license in another health-related profession. Can I use the hours for that profession for my renewal?
You can use any continuing education activity for your renewal that meets the requirements in Chapter 367 of the OT Rules.
